Postage & Shipping Information
For postage costs, you can choose between First and Second Class Signed For (Royal Mail). We aim to post your order within 24 hours (subject to Post Office operating hours and Bank Holidays). For international posting enquiries, please contact us at mailto:hello@jangowears.com to discuss.
Returning an Item
Please check your items on delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@jangowears.com
Please be aware that unless the item is damaged on delivery, I cannot refund a custom item (as this is then unable to be resold).
We recommend using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be liable for any missing post.
For damaged/faulty items, you must contact us at mailto:hello@jangowears.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item/s and you must return goods at your own cost within 14 days of receiving the item.
