TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. About us:
The term ‘Jango Wears’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is PO Box 885, North Shields, NE29 1GE. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
2. Accessing our site and acceptance of terms:
You must not use any images/content/information contained on our website (Jango Wears). If you are aware of any of our content being used, please email us at hello@jangowears.com
We recommend that you periodically read and check these terms and conditions. Jango Wears reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our Site. By a persons continued use of the Site, this confirms the persons acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not carry on using the site.
We will not be liable for any issues that impact your ability to u se this site. There may be times that the site is unavailable for a certain amount of time. We shall endeavour to give appropriate information regarding any periods in which the site is unavailable.
You currently do not need to register with Jango Wears in order to be able to purchase products, however, if this changes and the possibility of registering with Jango Wears becomes possible, you may be given a username and password. We ask you to treat these pieces of information as confidential and do not give out to third parties. We reserve the right to disable any username/ password given by us, if at any time we feel you have failed to imply with the terms and conditions.
3. Purchases/items
Payments can be made using a credit or debit card through our online payment facility. We do not store credit/debit card details.
Once an order is placed and paid through the checkout procedure, we will send you a receipt of your purchases. The total amount of your order will be shown at the payment stage. Any postage costs will be added automatically after you chose your preferred delivery method.
We will endeavour to post any orders that are placed before 2pm that same day. Items ordered after 2pm will be posted either that same day or the next available day (subject to postal working hours and bank holidays).
To ensure that your order is placed, you must go fully through the payment procedure. We cannot ‘hold’ items. If an item changes to ‘out of stock’, please contact us and we shall contact our supplies to gain further information on supply and delivery.
Once you have received your email confirmation, we advise you to check the details of this document to ensure all details are correct. If there are any issues, we advise that you contact us immediately with information. This is vital as we strive to post items out as soon as possible.
If you feel the you may have made an error in your order, please contact us through email and we shall try to resolve any issues. If you have made an error on your delivery address, we advise you to contact us immediately to inform us of the error (we advise within the first hour of the purchase being made as we aim to post items asap). We cannot be responsible for any errors made in the address input stage. Please find further information on our ‘Shipping & Returns’ page.
If you require items to be posed outside of the UK, we ask that you contact us via email at hello@jangowears.com - we will then advise you of the potential postage costs. We cannot be liable for any import duties and taxes when it comes to posting outside of the UK. We advise checking with your local customs office for information.
We can also not be liable for the appropriateness of the products purchased on our site. This includes whether or not the products are appropriate for use in other countries. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the products are destined for. We cannot be liable for any breach of these laws.
We have the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for issues resulting in the transaction being stopped.
Please be aware that supervision is needed with products sold on Jango Wears. Some products may have small parts, this can include (but not limited to) packaging materials (plastic bags, tags etc).
All items are booked in when received by Jango Wears, however this does not make us liable for any injuries, accidents and/or damages. We will not be held accountable for any misuse of items purchased from Jango Wears. We ask that if you require further information, that you refer to the manufacturer of the product.
If you require further information regarding a product, please contact us through email hello@jangowears.com, if we are unable to answer your questions, we will contact the manufacturer of the products for further details.
We may run promotional discount codes from time to time. When an offer is displayed, it will be displayed and/or advertised appropriately. Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Promotional codes and offers will be used as one per customer (unless otherwise agreed) and excludes delivery charges. All offers and discount codes are subject to terms and conditions. Some offers and discount codes may require a minimum spending amount.
Please be aware than when you purchase through Jango Wear, you are entering a contract which is bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are the foundation and these shall prevail over other aspects of the website (including, but not limited to, emails).
In the event that you order an item and it is no longer available, you will be contacted via email to choose either a full refund, product(s) to the same value or the option of attempting to gain the item requested from the manufacturer.
4. Contact
We can currently be contacted through our email address. We endeavour to respond to emails within 24-48 hours of receipt.
We do not currently have a contact number, however, once a phone line has been established, we shall ensure that any costs to you will be outlined clearly on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
5. Usage
You agree that you are of 18 years or over and have the legal capacity to use this site. If you suspect ay form of credit or debit card fraud, we advise that you contact you bank/card issuer immediately.
You must not misuse this site by introducing any form of virus. You must not attempt to gain any unauthorised access to any aspect of the Jango Wears site, including any information that may be stored. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. In doing so, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Any breach will be notified to the relevant law enforcement authority and we will work together with sad authority in order to assist them identifying you. We will not be liable for any loss or damages caused by such an attack (including, but not limited to, computer equipment an software).

You are more than welcome to link Jango Wears website, providing that you do in a way that is both fair and legal. You should not use this website to cause damage or take advantage of the Jango Wears reputation. If you wish to use any part of our website, we ask that you contact us first to discuss your query.
6. Miscellaneous
We are given the information about the products from the supplies of these products. We are not in control of the information originally provided for these products, however we include as much information about the products as possible.
We are not responsible for the quality of the products, however as mentioned, we do not change or modify the products themselves.
If we find that there has been an error (including, but not limiting to typos and misprints), we reserve the right to amend orders. We will ensure that we contact you via mail to advise of these changes.
These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy noted below also relate to Jango Wears products being sold by Jango Wears staff at events and stalls.
Jango Wears will not be held liable for any losses, expenses or damages (of any sort) resulting from acts, errors, omissions, breaches, negligence, fraudulent intent, misleading (or untrue) statements, breaches of contracts, wilful misconduct and any other detrimental acts of any independent supplies of products (including all staff members) that supply through Jango Wears.
With the above information, this describes that Jango Wears will be under no liability at all in the event that you or the intended user of a product suffers a personal injury, illness or death as a result of any act or omission of the supplier of the products. It also defines that Jango Wears will be under no liability for any complaints you have regarding products sold through Jango Wears and that these must be taken up with the manufacturers of the products.
This agreement and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be dealt with exclusively by the English courts.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or administrative body to be unenforceable, that provision shall not be a part of these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
Nothing under the Terms and Conditions shall give rights to any person who is not a party to it (whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999) or otherwise.
