LEAD TIME: design time, vinyl transfer and then placement - rough time 1-3 weeks for completion

Structure:

Once you have purchased this item, we will contact you via email to discuss a photo of your dog/cat etc. Once an image has been agreed on, work will commence asap. Once the work is completed, we will send the image back to you for approval.

Once approval has been agreed, the image will be converted onto vinyl using a Cricut method onto the plastic cup using permanent vinyl. The cup will then be parcelled up and posted to you.

The purchase of this includes design time (of one pet - please email or DM if you would prefer to add multiple pets) , printing time, cup and packaging. Postage will be the standard postage rate on our shop.

We can also parcel this up as a gift - this can be requested via email (quoting your reference/order number).

Please be aware that the colours may differ slightly due to screen viewing/contrast etc.

Please be aware that the image will be drawn based on the photo that you provide (illustration time is included in the price).
